Each document in a funding package is a type, owning the fields to extract and the samples the classifier learns from.

Documents that match no registered type

The model read these and could not place them against anything on file, so it said what it thinks each one is. Nothing has been registered — they are filed nowhere and extract nothing until you accept them.

Two ways to teach a type

By example — open a type and upload real documents of it under Teach it by example, then retrain. No model, no cost per document, and the same answer every time. This is the classifier that does the everyday work.

By description — describe the document in plain English and the model recognises it from that, with no examples needed. Useful for a type you have not collected examples of yet.

They work together: descriptions carry a new type until it has samples, and every page you correct in review becomes training data for the classifier.
